Sobre esta fonte
Smokum is a distinctive display typeface designed by Brian J. Bonislawsky of Astigmatic (AOETI) and released under the open-source Apache 2.0 license. Its rugged, hand-drawn aesthetic evokes the spirit of the American Old West, with irregular letterforms, rough edges, and a slightly distressed texture that gives it an authentic vintage feel. This sans-serif font supports Latin and English scripts, making it ideal for headlines, posters, and branding that require a bold, frontier-inspired character. While it does not include Chinese or other non-Latin glyphs, its unique personality shines in Western-themed designs, rustic signage, and retro packaging.
