Answers to common membership questions
How may I use downloaded fonts?
Membership provides font download and browsing services. Each font’s permitted uses are defined on that font’s detail page—read the license before downloading. FontHubs does not guarantee any particular use.
Can I change my membership plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time; we prorate the remaining term. Downgrades take effect after your current term ends. Paid membership does not auto-renew—you must purchase again to extend benefits.
What payment methods are supported?
We currently support Alipay and PayPal. More payment options may be added in the future.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not downloaded any fonts and have not used download package credits after payment, you may contact support to request a refund. Orders with downloads or used package credits are not eligible. Approval is subject to review.
